Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Aeri bot, its public website, and related support features. The website does not require visitors to sign in; Discord and third-party services have their own policies.

2. Data Aeri processes

• Discord identifiers: user ID, display name/username, server ID, channel ID, message ID, and interaction identifiers needed to respond to the correct person and place.
• Commands, interactions, and game content: content sent to use bot features, such as word chains, trivia, guild/house names, or dictionary suggestions. Aeri does not intentionally retain conversations unrelated to its features.
• Game progression: character, class, level, virtual currencies, items, skills, quests, achievements, pets, guilds, social relationships, history, and states needed to operate the game.
• Transactions and reconciliation: order/transaction reference, plan, amount, status, time, transfer description, and reconciliation data sent by the payment provider. Provider data may include a transaction reference or recipient-account information; Aeri does not request or store your password, OTP, or banking login credentials.
• Operations and safety: errors, abuse signals, action timestamps, and minimal technical data used to protect the service. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, user agents, and request logs according to provider configuration.

3. Why Aeri needs Message Content

Aeri uses prefix commands beginning with a and configured game channels such as word chain or trivia. It must read message content delivered by Discord to identify commands, validate turns, and respond. Unrelated messages are not used for advertising or data sales.

4. How data is used

• Create and maintain progression, calculate rewards, match players, rank results, and operate social systems.
• Verify transactions, grant benefits, and support reconciliation or disputes.
• Prevent cheating, spam, and exploits; diagnose incidents and improve game balance.
• Handle support requests, valid legal requests, and protect users and the service.

We do not sell personal data or use game data for targeted advertising.

5. Public website

The website does not publish leaderboards, balances, or player profiles and does not query game progression to render pages. It only stores the light/dark preference in localStorage; the current site sets no analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking fonts.

6. Services that receive data

• Discord: the platform that delivers messages, interactions, and identifiers to the bot.
• Hosting and storage providers: operate the bot, website, and service data.
• Payment provider: provides transaction data needed to reconcile payments and grant plans.
• Top.gg: provides vote information when you use vote rewards.
• Authorities: only for a valid legal request or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

7. Retention

Progression data is kept while needed to provide the game. Short-lived activity and diagnostic records are periodically deleted or compacted according to their category and operational configuration. Transaction, anti-fraud, backup, and legally required records may be retained longer. A single retention period cannot apply to every data type.

8. Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of game data linked to your Discord ID through the support server. We may need to verify account control. Progress deletion is irreversible; limited transaction, anti-fraud, backup, or legal records may be retained when necessary.

9. Security and age

We apply reasonable technical and access controls, but no online system is completely secure. Aeri is available only to users who meet the minimum age under Discord Terms.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be announced through an official channel when appropriate; the update date appears at the top. Privacy questions or data requests can be sent through the Aeri Discord support server.
