Privacy Policy

1. Public website

The Aeri website introduces the bot, commands, and guides; visitors do not need to sign in. It only stores display preferences in the browser and sets no analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, user agents, and request logs to operate the service.

2. Data processed when using Aeri

• Discord user IDs, display names, server IDs, channel IDs, and message IDs needed for the bot to respond.
• Command content, options, server configuration, game progress, items, virtual currency, and related action history.
• Images, files, or links you submit when the feature being used needs to process them.
• Transaction references and status, request times, system errors, and abuse signals needed for operations, reconciliation, and security.

Aeri uses Message Content to recognize prefix commands, process Word Chain turns in channels configured by moderators, and process content you intentionally submit to a feature. For Word Chain, Aeri may store normalized words, Discord IDs, display names, scores, and session timestamps; words not found in the dictionary may be retained for review. Messages that are not commands and are outside configured game channels are ignored and not intentionally stored.

3. How data is used

• Operate commands, games, server configuration, rewards, and benefits.
• Prevent spam, fraud, and exploits, and resolve incidents.
• Verify transactions, support users, and improve reliability.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data or use message content for advertising or AI training. Data is shared only as needed with Discord, hosting, storage, payment providers, or Top.gg to operate features; or for a valid legal request and to protect the service.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed to operate the game, provide security and backups, and resolve disputes. Short-lived logs are periodically deleted or compacted; transaction and legal records may be retained longer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data linked to your Discord ID through the support server. We verify the account and process valid requests within 30 days. Removing the bot or leaving a server does not automatically delete data; limited transaction, anti-fraud, or legal records may be retained when necessary.

7. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Aeri changes how it operates. Send privacy questions or data requests through the Aeri Discord support server.
