Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

• These terms apply to the public website, the Aeri bot, bot invite links, the official support server, and related benefits.
• Aeri is a game that runs inside Discord. Core gameplay is available without payment; Basic, Premium, VIP, ACoin, and Season Pass are optional paid offerings.
• You must follow Terms, Community Guidelines of Discord and applicable law.
• You are responsible for securing your Discord account and actions performed through it.

2. Using the website and bot

You must not:

• Exploit bugs, duplicate assets, alter data, use external macros/bots, or use multiple accounts to evade limits and gain an unfair advantage.
• Spam, overload, disrupt, scan, bypass authentication, or access non-public areas without written permission.
• Trade virtual currency/items for real money outside official channels, scam, harass, or impersonate the Aeri team.
• Submit unlawful content or infringe others’ rights through names, descriptions, or other user-provided content.

Report security issues privately through support and do not publish harmful details.

3. Content and configuration in Discord

Users and server owners are responsible for names, descriptions, configuration, commands, and content they submit through Aeri. You may submit only content you have the right to use, and it must not violate law, copyright, privacy rights, or Discord rules.

You permit Aeri to process that content as needed to execute commands, store configuration, operate the game, prevent abuse, and provide support. Aeri may remove or restrict harmful content, content that violates these terms, or content that affects the service.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn, reverse exploit gains, adjust progression, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access. We may retain evidence needed to review appeals and prevent repeated abuse.

5. Virtual currency and items

Coins, rubies, ACoin, items, levels, and benefits are for use only inside Aeri. They are not real money, securities, or withdrawable assets. Content and balance values may change to fix bugs, preserve fairness, or update the game.

6. Payments and optional plans

• Applicable prices, durations, and benefits are those displayed by the bot or official payment channel at purchase time; website descriptions do not replace transaction confirmation.
• Benefits are granted after successful receipt and reconciliation. An incorrect reference, amount, or unofficial channel can delay crediting.
• Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, applicable law, benefit usage, and the cause of the issue. Contact support with the necessary transaction reference; never send a password, OTP, or Discord token.
• If benefits are affected by enforcement, any refund remains subject to applicable law and case-specific review.

7. Discord, third-party services, and availability

Aeri depends on Discord and hosting, storage, and payment providers. The bot or website may be unavailable or limited when those platforms change APIs, policies, or access, or experience incidents or maintenance.

We may add, modify, balance, or discontinue features; material paid-plan changes will be announced through official channels when appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

Aeri is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect losses caused by inability to use the bot. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game, providers, or law. The update date appears at the top; material changes will be announced through official channels when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

10. Contact

Questions, payment disputes, or security reports can be sent privately through the Aeri Discord support server.
