1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the website, the Aeri bot, bot invite links, and the official support server. You must also follow Terms, Community Guidelines of Discord and applicable law.

2. Using the website and bot

You must not:

• Spam, attack, disrupt, scan, or attempt to access systems and data not intended for you.
• Exploit bugs, duplicate assets, alter data, or use automation or multiple accounts to evade limits and gain an unfair advantage.
• Use Aeri to scam, harass, impersonate, distribute harmful content, or break the law.
• Submit content that violates copyright, privacy, or Discord rules.

3. Content and data in Discord

Users and server owners are responsible for content, configuration, and data created while using Aeri. We may remove content, reverse benefits obtained through bugs, restrict features, or stop serving accounts that violate these terms or harm the system.

4. Virtual assets and payments

Coins, ACoin, items, levels, and benefits in Aeri have value only inside the game, are not real money, and cannot be withdrawn. Optional transactions should use official channels; refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Discord and availability

Aeri depends on Discord and infrastructure providers. Features may change, pause, or become limited when platforms change APIs or policies, experience incidents, or when the bot needs maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Aeri or related platforms change. A new version takes effect when posted on the website; the update date appears at the top of the page.
